Hi all – just a quick update. I expected to go to Costco tonight, but instead we are at MSK. Sally has had stomach issues since yesterday, and has had obvious discomfort. She does not have a fever, but has not been herself the last 2 days. Nicole called this in today and we were told to bring her in to get checked out as a precaution. The steroids she’s on can suppress a fever, so they want to be sure she does not have an infection.

She’s currently on an IV getting fluids and sleeping in a bed with Mommy while her blood and a stool sample are being tested.

If I don’t send another update this evening, don’t worry, it will hopefully mean she’s in the clear and we’re rushing home to get some sleep before I have to be up to get the boys out the door and Nicole gets Sally here for her 9:30am chemo appointment.
